Heat, Air, Defrost or Combo 

Achieve defrost times that far exceed SAE minimums and realize optimum overhead heating and cooling performance, tailored to your specifications. We offer dual heating/cooling combo units along with dedicated heaters, coolers and defrost stand-alone units in a broad range of sizes and capacities. We’ll create a custom mobile HVAC solution for your application, or adapt one of our off-the-shelf units based on your ducting, routing and assembly needs. SGM systems are deployed in Spartan Emergency Response firetrucks and vehicles, and trusted by on-road industry leaders who expect consistent ease and comfort in extreme conditions.

Dedicated Condensers 

Less noise, more power—efficient condensers by SGM are available in a range of form factors with strategically staged and configured fan operation for a smooth-running experience. The SGM team will work with you to size a condenser that accommodates your capacity requirements, along with identifying mounting options for your application. We offer condensers that are suited to fit in a variety of locations, including engine stack, skirt mount, roof mount or rear wall.

Blowers

SGM blowers deliver performance and efficiency in rigorous environments. Our reliable, durable blowers are available in small, large, single, dual and high-speed configurations. Select from industry standard brands with support and technology adaptations, or custom all-metal rugged options assembled in-house. We support every component and system produced.

Wire Harnesses

SGM’s dedicated in-house wire harness and loom operation offers a variety of sizes and bundling capabilities. WE are tooled up to handle major industry brands including Packard, Aptiv Metri-Pack, TE Connectivity Deutsch and more. Plus, we can expand on these wire harness configurations to accommodate your application.
